    I just wonder what the Gypsy percentage this district has? It must be quite a big percentage. Anyway, I think this is not so great Izgrev neigbors with Stolipinovo. Taking into account the uncredible amount of Gypsies in the adjacent Stolipinovo, there must be throngs of Gypsies roaming and lounging in the neighboring streets including Izgrev. This may lead to a much higher crime rate and total neglect and also to devaluation of property on the real estate market. Seriously, who in his sane mind would like to buy an apartment with gypsies all over? Well, maybe unless he's Gypsy himself.)

    This is just one unbelivable neighborhood. Very picturesque. But on a serious note, poor Bulagrains, they have so many Gypsies in their country. That's really bad luck to have so many Gypsies.
